洛南某高碳难处理金矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对洛南某高碳难处理金矿石性质,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用浮选—尾矿焙烧—水淬—氰化浸金工艺流程可获得较好试验指标;浮选闭路流程获得金粗精矿金品位42.14 g/t、金回收率61.88%,金精矿金品位16.26 g/t、金回收率11.49%;尾矿氰化浸出金浸出率为75.68%,金总回收率达到93.52%。

Abstract:Experimental research has been carried out on the dressing of one highly carbonaceous refractory gold ore from Luonan County according to its properties.The results show that the flotation-railings roasting-water extraction-cyanidation leaching flow sheet can obtain good test index;the closed circuit of flotation obtains gold grade 42.14 g/t and recovery rate 61.88 % for crude concentrate,and gold grade 16.26 g/t and recovery rate 11.49 % for concentrate;the leaching rate of tailings cyanidation is 75.68 % and total gold recovery rate reaches 93.52 %.
