某碳质金矿石加压预氧化—氰化工艺研究

摘    要:国内西南某碳质难处理金矿石,其金精矿金品位25.16 g/t,硫化物包裹金占比达94.91%,且有机碳高达6.23%。针对矿石性质,进行了加压预氧化—氰化工艺研究。结果表明:原矿、金精矿常规氰化金浸出率分别仅为14.69%、10.73%;金精矿与原矿混合配矿,利用酸性热压氧化—氰化工艺进行处理,S~(2-)氧化率达99%以上,硫化物包裹金得以裸露,当有机碳为4.27%时,金氰化浸出率在95%左右;控制初始硫质量分数为23.2%,可实现系统酸平衡;氧化液返回酸化不影响硫的氧化和金的回收,且可减少生产成本。

Abstract:An ore from the southwest of China belongs to carbonaceous refractory gold ore .Its concentrate grade is 25.16 g/t.94.91 %of the gold is locked in sulfide and organic carbon content is as high as 6.23 %.According to the ore property ,the paper carried out experimental study on the pressure preoxidation -cyanidation process .The re-sults show that conventional raw ore and concentrate cyanidation only have a gold leaching rate of 14.69%and 10.73%respectively;the oxidation rate of S 2-reaches over 99 %, exposing the gold locked in sulfide when the concentrates and raw ores are blended and treated by acidic hot pressure oxidation -cyanidation process .When organic carbon con-tent is 4 .27 %,the gold leaching rate is about 95 %;the initial sulfur mass fraction is controlled at 23 .2 %so that the system equilibrium is achieved;the oxidation and gold recovery won 't be affected if the oxidation solutions return to acidification .The operation cost of production is reduced .
