ICP-MS内标法测定高纯金首饰中的痕量杂质元素

摘    要:采用ICP-MS内标法直接测定高纯金首饰中23种杂质元素,并从内标元素和同位素的选择、仪器工作条件、介质酸度、基体效应扣除等对实验条件进行了优化。该方法的检出限为0.001~0.946μg/L,大部分元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)在10%之内,加入标准物质回收率为84.02%~115.95%。本方法测定结果与国家标准方法测定结果一致。

Abstract:23 impurity elements in high purity gold are directly determined by internal standard method using ICP-MS and the test conditions are optimized in the selection of internal standard elements and isotopes,working conditions of instruments,media acidity and matrix effect deduction.The detection limit of the method is 0.001-0.946 μg/L,the relative standard deviation of most element determination is within 10 %,and the recovery rate of standard substances is 84.02 %-115.95 %.The results of the determination method are consistent with the national standard method.
