高铜钼精矿湿法浸铜工艺试验研究

摘    要:对某铜矿钼品位43.49%、含铜3.37%的钼精矿进行了湿法浸铜工艺试验。结果表明:酸浸除铜和化学氧化-酸浸除铜工艺,铜浸出率较低,钼损失率较高,未能提高钼精矿钼品位;CJ-1溶液除铜工艺铜浸出率高,钼损失率低,可达到提高钼精矿钼品位并降低含铜的目的。

Abstract:Experimental research on hydrometallurgical leaching of copper from a copper concentrate with molybdenum grade of 43.49 % and copper grade of 3.37 % has been carried out.The results show that with copper removed by acid leaching and by chemical oxidation-acid leaching process,the leaching rate of copper is low and the loss rate of molybdenum is high,failing to increase the molybdenum grade of the concentrate;the process with CJ-1 solution removing copper achieves high copper leaching rate and the loss rate of molybdenum is low,reaching the goal of improving molybdenum grade and lowering copper content.
