分段空场尾砂充填采矿法在鸡笼山金矿的应用

鸡笼山金矿矿体形态复杂,采用上向水平分层充填采矿法回采缓倾斜薄矿体存在生产能力低、劳动强度大、损失贫化控制难等问题。以鸡笼山金矿-340 m 401采场为工程背景,开展了分段空场尾砂充填采矿法的优化试验研究。现场工业试验表明:分段空场尾砂充填采矿法采用分段一次性充填,电耙、铲运机联合出矿,减少了材料消耗,采场生产能力达110 t/d,采矿损失率4%,矿石贫化率6%,取得了较好的应用效果。

Application of stage open stoping and tailings filling mining method in Jilongshan Gold Mine

The morphology of the orebody in Jilongshan Gold Mine is complex.When mining moderately inclined thin orebody,the upward horizontal slicing filing mining method has shortcomings such as low productivity,intense labor and uncontrollable loss and dilution.The paper takes Stope 401 in-340 m of Jilongshan Gold Mine as the engineering background,and conducts experimental research on stage open stoping and tailings filling mining method.Field experiments show that the stage open stoping and railings filling mining method employs stage one-time filling and combined ore drawing with rakes and scooptrams,reducing material consumption.The stope productivity reaches 110 t/d,the mining loss rate 4 ％ and ore dilution rate 6 ％,achieving satisfactory outcome.
