云南某高砷含碳复杂难处理金矿石浮选试验研究

摘    要:为合理开发利用难处理金矿资源,以云南某高砷含碳复杂难处理金矿石为研究对象,进行了阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程试验,且获得了较好指标。在最佳条件基础上,全流程浮选闭路试验获得了产率5.98%,Au品位46.20 g/t、Au总回收率90.13%的金精矿。研究结果为难处理金矿石的选别提供了有益参考。

Abstract:In order to properly develop refractory gold resources,the paper takes a complex refractory carbonaceous gold ore with high arsenic content from Yunnan as the research subject,conducts experiment on the staged grinding staged separation flow sheet,and obtains satisfactory index.Under the optimal conditions,the entire closed circuit of flotation obtains the gold concentrates with the production rate of 5.98 %,Au grade 46.20 g/t,and Au recovery rate 90.13 %.The research results can be used as references for refractory gold ore treatment.
