上向分层充填采矿法尾砂充填体沉缩变形试验研究

摘    要:尾砂充填体沉缩变形量较大且难于确定。基于大尹格庄金矿水砂充填生产实践,在室内试验测定分级尾砂粒级组成、孔隙率、载荷作用下沉缩变形量的基础上,通过采场内尾砂充填体厚度计算、回采作业前后充填面标高等参数的计算,推算出尾砂充填体最终沉缩率为11.6%。试验结果可为尾砂充填采场的清底标准提供依据,并根据生产需要适当采用胶结充填方式减少采矿贫化损失。

Abstract:The shrinkage deformation of the tailings filling body is large and difficult to determine.Based on the production practice of water and tailings filling in Dayin`gezhuang gold mine and according to the determination of the particle size distribution of classified tailings,the porosity and the shrinkage degree under load,the paper calculated the filling body`s thickness and the elevation of the filling face before and after extraction in the stope and concluded that the final shrinkage rate of tailings filling body was 11.6 %.The results can provide the basis for the bottom cleaning in tailings-filled stopes.The method can be supplemented by cement filling,if required by production,to minimize mining loss and dilution.
