摘    要:对黑龙江省大兴安岭呼玛宽河金矿金精矿进行了可行性试验、中间试验和工业试生产等研究,结果表明:该金精矿直接氰化浸出金浸出率很低;经酸浸(加入促进剂)后氰化浸出36 h,可将金浸出率提高到84.6%;经焙烧并磨细,再经酸浸(加入促进剂)后碱性条件下氰化浸出(加入抑制剂)48 h,可将金浸出率提高至96.9%;中间试验和工业试生产均取得了较理想浸出效果。

Abstract:Feasibility test,pilot test and commissioning of the process treating gold concentrates have been carried out in Kuanhe Gold Mine in Great Khingan Mountains,Huma County,Heilongjiang Province.The results show that direct cyanidation leaching process has poor gold leaching rate for the concentrate;the gold leaching rate can be increased to 84.6 % after acid leaching (with the addition of accelerant) for 36 h;the gold leaching rate can be increased to 96.9 %,with the concentrate leached by cyanidation (with the addition of inhibitor) in alkaline conditions for 48 h after the concentrate is roasted and finely grinded.The leaching outcome of pilot and industrial tests is satisfactory.
