焙烧氰化尾渣有价金属回收试验研究

摘    要:辽宁新都黄金有限责任公司焙烧氰化尾渣中具有回收价值的有价组分主要为金、银、铜、铅、锌等。针对其尾渣性质,采用氯化焙烧工艺进行有价金属回收试验研究。结果表明:在氯化钙添加量7%、氯化焙烧温度1 100℃、时间1.5 h的工艺条件下,有价金属Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn的挥发率分别达到92.25%、75.81%、82.66%、99.31%、91.06%。通过梯度升温干燥等措施,可以有效提高干球团强度。

Abstract:There are valuable metals worth recovering including gold,silver,copper,lead and zinc from the roasted cyanidation slags in Xindu gold company in Liaoning Province.According to the property of the slags, chlorination roasting process to recover valuable metals was experimentally studied.The results showed when the calcium chloride addition was 7 %,chlorination roasting temperature was 1100 ℃and roasting time was 1.5 h,the volatilization rates reached 92.25 %,75.81 %,82.66 %,99.31 %and 91.06 %for Au,Ag,Cu,Pb and Zn respectively.The strength of dry pellets was effectively improved by drying measures such as gradient elevation of temperature.
