| 摘 要： | 文章从配电系统可靠性概念入手,重点分析了影响配电系统可靠性的各种因素,指出影响配电系统可靠性的因素主要有发生频度、停电规模、故障探查排除与修复、预安排停电等4个方面。结合广东南海供电局10kV配电系统的实际情况,详细阐述了配电系统可靠性在配电网规划、建设、改造、运行中的应用。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of distribution system reliability concept, the various factors that affect distribution system reliability were analyzed. It is pointed out that the factors that affect distribution system reliability are mainly from the 4 aspects, such as power failure to occur frequently, the scale of power outage, fault detection and power restoration, power outage to arrange in advance. Combined with the actual condition of 10 kV distribution system in Nanhai Power Supply Burear in Guangdong, the application of distribution system reliability in distribution power network planning, construction, retrofit and operation is elaborated in detail. |
