汽轮发电机噪声的测试与频谱分析

摘    要:噪声水平是发电机运行状态间接信息的反映.对一台水氢冷汽轮发电机进行了噪声声压级和频谱的测试.该发电机组联轴器部位的噪声声压级大于其他部位,与另一台同型号发电机做了对比.低负荷运行时,随着无功功率增加,发电机噪声声压级增大,发电机外壳不同部位噪声的幅值大小不均匀,噪声频谱在中心频率630Hz变化明显.为了降低电磁噪声,一方面需要改善电量质量,降低谐波幅值,另一方面发电机结构件应紧密固定,增强对电磁力的抵御能力,并且其固有频率应避开50Hz或60H及相应的倍频.

Abstract:Noise reflects the information of running generator indirectly.Tests were carried out on the sound pressure level and frequency spectrum of a water-hydrogen cooled turbogenerator.Sound pressure levels of the coupler were larger than other parts of the unit.Comparison was performed with another generator of the same type.At lower loads,the generator sound pressure level increased with reactive power,and the magnitude of different parts differed a lot,with obvious change of the spectrum at center noise freque...
