碱处理对MCM-22分子筛催化汽油烷基化脱硫的影响

摘    要:通过氢氧化钠碱处理对MCM-22分子筛进行了改性,并考察了经碱处理后的MCM-22分子筛在汽油烷基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,经碱处理后的分子筛在微介孔并存的情况下出现了介孔变大且原有的微孔结构保持几乎不变的情形,同时分子筛的酸性中心也得到增强,致催化剂的活性、稳定性都有所增加。

Abstract:MCM-22 zeolite was modified by treatment of sodium hydroxide,and used to catalyze Olefin alkylation of thiophenic sulfur of gasoline.The result showed that the alkali treatment of MCM-22 could enlarge some mesopores coexisted with its inherent micropores and enhance the intensity of the acid center and MCM-22 zeolites are not affected obviously,leading to the increase the reaction activity,stability and nature life.
