聚乙烯双抗料生产工艺的研究

摘    要:具有抗静电和阻燃功能的聚乙烯改性料简称双抗料。研究了密炼机和双螺杆挤出机生产聚乙烯双抗料在下料、生产控制和表面电阻率等方面的差异;比较不同工艺对生产效率和产品性能的影响。结果表明:双抗母料生产采用密炼机混炼、单螺杆挤出造粒工艺最佳,双抗料采用母料法工艺最佳。采用该工艺生产的双抗料具有力学性能优良、表面电阻稳定、生产控制方便等优点。

Abstract:The polyethylene compound with antistatic and flame retardant function is referred to dual-re- sistant compound. The difference between mixer and twin-screw extruder on producing dual-resistant polyethylene compound such as feeding, production control and surface resistance is studied. The effect of process on efficiency and performance is investigated. The results show that the best process for anti- static and flame retardant master-batch is blended with the mixer blends, then granulated by single screw extrusion. The best way for antistatic and flame retardant compound is prepared by master-batch, which is characterized with excellent mechanical properties, low surface resistance and convenient pro- duction control.
