| 摘 要： | 应用微机技术,开发出汽车动力转向助力系统测试仪。通过传感器获取信号,利用微机进行数据处理并输出曲线,准确直观地提供动力转向系统压力、流量和温度随方向盘转角的变化曲线。为调整维修人员迅速分析系统工作性能和诊断故障原因提供科学的手段。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the development of microcomputer aided measuring and testing meter of motor vehicle power steering system. By obtaining signals via transducer and processing digital data with microcopmputer, the meter developed can give directly testing meter of motor vehicle power steering system. By obtaining signals via transducer and processing digital data with microcopmputer, the meter developed can give directly and accurately the dynamic characteristic curves of pressure, flow and temperatare that varying with the steer-angle of steering wheel of power steering system. It offers a scientific means for adjusting and reparing workers to analyse the system's performances and diagnose its failure reasons quickly. |
