摘    要:以3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,微波辐射下与丙二酸发生Knoevenagel反应后,在TMSCl/NaI/CH3CN体系中脱甲基合成了标题化合物。探讨了影响产率的因素并对终产物进行了结构表征,总收率为90%。

Abstract:(E)-3-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid was prepared from 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde via the Knoevenagel reaction and demethylation.The first step was activated by microwave radiation and the second step reacted in the system of TMSCl/NaI/CH_3CN.The optimum conditions of the two steps were studied.The structural characterization of the final product was investigated by IR spectrum,(()~1HNMR) and elemental analysis.The overall yield was 90%.
