多纵缝灭弧室介质恢复强度的测试与分析

摘    要:接触器在AC-4使用条件下的电气寿命与灭弧室的灭弧性能有密切关系。为了快速评价灭弧室的灭弧性能,本文采用以Rabus替代法原理研制的测试系统来测量各种结构的多纵缝灭弧室的介质恢复强度。根据测量结果分析了缝数,缝宽,跑弧道结构及吹弧磁场对灭弧室灭弧性能的影响。

Abstract:The endurance of contactor under the AC 4 duty condition has close relation with arc quenching performance of arc chute.In order to fast evaluate the arc quenching performance of arc chute,the experimental system based on Rabus'substitute principle was used to measure the dielectric recovery strength of arc chute with different structures.According to the test results,the effect of number and width of narrow slot,arc running channel and blow out magnetic field on the arc quenching performance of arc chute was analyzed.
