真空高压气淬D406A钢的淬透性

摘    要:研究了不同气淬压力对D406A钢力学性能、淬透性、显微组织的影响。研究表明,随气淬压力增大,D406A钢淬透深度增加,5bar气淬压力下,能淬透ø20mm的D406A钢圆棒,1.5bar气淬条件下,能淬透ø10mm的D406A钢圆棒。气淬试样力学性能均能满足相关标准要求,显微组织为均匀的板条马氏体。

Abstract:Effects of different gas pressure on mechanical properties,hardenability and microstructure of D406 A steel were studied. The results show that the hardened depth of D406 A steel increases with the increase of gas quenching pressure,the ф20 mm round D406 A steel can be hardened fully when gas quenched under 5 bar pressure,and the ф10 mm round D406 A steel can be hardened fully when gas quenched under 1. 5 bar pressure. Mechanical properties of specimens quenched by gas can meet the standard requirements,and the microstructure is composed of uniform lath martensite.
