固溶温度对高温合金GH3600微观组织与硬度的影响

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪与硬度计等研究了固溶处理温度对镍基高温合金GH3600微观组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,合金中的第二相逐渐溶解,基体相的晶粒尺寸快速长大,合金的硬度值呈下降趋势。固溶温度为1010 ℃时,合金获得均匀的晶粒组织,并形成孪晶结构,硬度值达到152.6 HV10。

Abstract:Effect of solution treatment temperature on the microstructure and hardness of Ni-based superalloy GH3600 were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and hardness tester. The results show that with the solution treatment temperature increasing, the secondary phase in the alloy dissolves gradually, the grain size of the matrix phase grows rapidly, and the hardness of the alloy decreases. When the solution treatment temperature is 1010 ℃, the uniform grain structure is obtained, the twin structure is formed, and the hardness value reaches 152.6 HV10.
