江苏省农村生活污水治理问题探讨

自2007年起江苏省就已组织开展了农村生活污水治理工作,探索适宜农村生活污水治理模式,但在农村生活污水治理过程中,仍存在一些问题。"重建设、轻运营"使得大部分农村生活污水处理设施间歇性或停止运行。只有确保农村生活污水应收尽收、应治尽治,将农村生活污水治理与农村环境有效结合,才能实现人与环境的和谐共处。

Discussion on the Treatment of Rural Domestic Sewage in Jiangsu Province

As early as 2007,Jiangsu Province organized the rural sewage treatment work and explored a suitable model for rural domestic sewage treatment.But at present,there are still some problems in the rural sewage treatment.The polioy of“pay more attention to construction and despise operations”makes most of rural sewage treatment facilities operated intermittently or stoped.Domestic sewage in rural areas should be collected and treated as much as possible,rural sewage treatment and beautiful rural environment are combined.Only in this way,we can actualize the harmonious coexistence of human and environment.
