摘    要:针对此前基于WinForm界面开发的露天矿生产作业图表存在的界面不够友好,通用性、实用性、灵活性和规范性差的问题,以Visual C#2013为集成开发平台、SQL Server 2016为后台数据库,基于WPF开发了升级版的生产作业图表系统。该系统主要分为三大栏:从左至右依次为设备信息栏、设备产量栏和设备故障栏。设备信息栏为产量栏与故障栏提供横坐标定位,防止设备产量与故障之间产生定位错乱;故障栏具有故障输入、显示与统计功能;产量栏具有产量自动计入、显示、修改与统计等功能。产量栏与故障栏既能够实现设备故障、产量信息可视化的独立性和综合性,又能实现信息自动采集与人工编辑的统一。经过在伊敏露天矿进行测试与初步使用,生产作业图表取得了较为理想的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of unfriendly interface,poor universality,practicability,flexibility and standardiza-tion of the production chart of open-pit mine based on Win Form interface,an upgraded production chart system was developedbased on WPF with Visual C# 2013 as the integrated development platform and SQL Server 2016 as the background database.The system can be divided into three columns:from left to right is the equipment information column,equipment output columnand equipment failure column.The equipment information column provides abscissa positioning for the output bar and the faultbar to prevent the location disorder between the output bar and the fault bar;the fault bar includes the functions of fault input,display and statistics;and the output bar includes the functions of automatic counting,display,modification and statistics ofthe output bar.The output bar and the fault bar can not only realize the independence and comprehensiveness of visualizationof equipment failure and output information,but also realize the unification of automatic information collection and manual ed-iting.After testing and preliminary application in Yimin Open-pit Mine,the production operation chart has achieved satisfacto-ry results.
