摘    要:采用电化学测试、质量损失分析等方法研究了化学镀镍处理对904L奥氏体不锈钢在氢氟酸中腐蚀行为的影响,并利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对904L不锈钢表面腐蚀形貌进行分析。结果表明:酸性化学镀镍使904L奥氏体不锈钢表面获得了一层分布不均的珊瑚状镀镍层,与原始904L奥氏体不锈钢相比,含镀镍层904L奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性得到了提高。低浓度的氢氟酸溶液中,镀镍层904L表面可以迅速产生致密的氟化镍沉积层,避免904L表面贫铬区遭受晶间腐蚀。

Influence of surface nickel-plated layer on corrosion resistance of 904L austenitic stainless steel in hydrofluoric acid solution

Abstract:The effect of chemical nickel plating on corrosion behavior of 904 L austenitic stainless steel in hydrofluoric acid was studied by electrochemical measurement and mass loss analysis. The surface corrosion morphology of the 904 L austenitic stainless steel was analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that a coral nickel plating layer with uneven distribution is obtained on the surface of the 904 L austenitic stainless steel by acidic chemical nickel plating. Compared with the original 904 L austenitic stainless steel, the corrosion resistance of the 904 L austenitic stainless steel with nickel plating layer is improved. In low concentration hydrofluoric acid solution, the surface of the 904 L austenitic stainless steel with nickel plating layer can rapidly produce a dense nickel fluoride deposit layer, which can avoid intergranular corrosion of chrome-depleted zone on the 904 L surface.
