轨道车辆用不锈钢材料的火焰调修工艺

通过热处理试验研究了火焰调修工艺对S30103-1/8 Hard奥氏体不锈钢的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、硬度、中值疲劳极限以及耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响,回归得到了疲劳寿命曲线,为美标轨道车辆制造提供工艺指导。结果表明:S30103-1/8 Hard奥氏体不锈钢的显微组织为变形奥氏体组织,受热后力学性能容易波动。当火焰调修温度在450~850℃范围内,不锈钢的力学性能、抗晶间腐蚀性能随温度升高呈下降趋势。在调修温度为450℃条件下,增加调修次数对不锈钢板材的抗晶间腐蚀性能和疲劳强度影响不大。因此,选择调修温度不应超过450℃,在此温度下可以进行多次调修。

Flame straightening process of stainless steel for rail vehicles

The effect of flame straightening process on tensile properties,impact toughness,hardness,median fatigue limit and intergranular corrosion resistance of S30103-1/8 Hard austenitic stainless steel was studied by heat treatment,the fatigue life curve was obtained by non-linear fitting,and the process guidance was provided for the manufacture of the rail vehicle in American standard.The results show that the microstructure of the S30103-1/8 Hard austenitic stainless steel is a deformed austenite structure,and the mechanical properties of the S30103-1/8 Hard austenitic stainless steel are easy to fluctuate after heat treatment.When the flame straightening temperature is in the range of 450-850℃,the mechanical properties and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the stainless steel decrease with the increase of temperature.When the flame straightening temperature is 450℃,the effect of increasing the number of flame straightening times on the intergranular corrosion resistance and fatigue strength of the stainless steel plate is not obvious.Therefore,the selected flame straightening temperature should not exceed 450℃,and flame straightening can be performed for many times at this temperature.
