| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国国民经济发展的一支重要力量，但是同大型企业相比，中小企业在人力资本投资与积累方面存在着诸多问题，相对处于弱势力，正常发展受到阻碍，众多成功经验表明，中小企业要想持续发展，正确处理好人力资本投入与物力资本投入的关系至关重要。

| Abstract: | Small-and medium-sized enterprises play important role in China's national economy.However,compared with large-sized enterprises,they are in a relatively inferior position due to many problems concerning human capital investment and accumulation,which have hindered their healthy development. Many successful experiences show that to maintain healthy development,it is important for small- and medium-sized enterprises to keep a balanced relation between human capital investment and material capital investment. |
