天镇县农业灌溉用水现状及节水对策

针对天镇县水资源匮乏、农业灌溉水利用率低的现状,结合实地地质条件,较为系统地阐述了农业节水所存在的问题以及相应的解决措施。在此基础上,提出了合理建设蓄洪水库、引入先进灌溉技术以及积雪溶化灌溉等改进方案,能最大限度补偿农业缺水所带来的损失,提高水资源利用率。

On the Present Situation of Irrigation Water Use in Tianzhen County and Water-saving Countermeasures

In view of the present situation in Tianzhen County that the water resources are seriously deficient and irrigation water use efficiency is lower,and in combination with the concrete geological condition in situ,the paper more systematically narrates the existing problems of agriculture water-saving and the corresponding countermeasures,presents some improvement schemes including reasonably constructing reservoir to store flood water,introducing advanced irrigation technique and irrigating by melted snow etc,so as to maximally compensate the losses which are formed by agriculture water shortage and to raise water resources use efficiency.
