改性粉煤灰处理氨氮废水的实验研究

摘    要:通过正交实验研究改性粉煤灰处理氨氮废水的吸附条件。实验结果表明:改性粉煤灰对氨氮的吸附条件重要性依次为pH值、投加量、吸附时间、氨氮废水的浓度;当改性粉煤灰投加量为6g(50mL氨氮废水),初始氨氮浓度为10mg/L,pH值为3,振荡时间为30 min的条件下,氨氮的去除率最好为94.53%。

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the adsorption conditions of modified coal fly ash for ammonia nitrogen wastewater.The results show that the order of condition significance was as follows : pH value,dosage,adsorption time,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater.The optimum conditions was that the adding amount of modified fly ash was 6g/50mL,pH value was about 3,the concentration of the ammonia nitrogen wastewater was 50mg/L,the adsorption time was 30min,and the best adsorption ratio was 94.53%.
