西安水电站小洞径引水洞的超欠挖质量控制

摘    要:结合西安水电站10m2以下小洞径工程实际对超欠挖质量控制展开研究分析,通过合理的手段对开挖过程中的各关键环节(爆破参数的选择、测量放线、钻孔、装药联线、封孔堵塞等)进行控制,从而有效地控制超欠挖;在工程实际施工中保证了工程质量,取得了预期的经济效果和社会效果。

Abstract:In combination with the practice to excavate tunnel,the area of cross section of which is less than 10m2 in Xi’an Hydroelectric Power Station,to control the over break of excavating tunnel is studied in the paper.By means of various methods in excavation process to control the quality in some key links such as selecting blast parameters,setting-out survey,drilling hole,loading explosives,connecting blasting fuse and closing hole etc,the over bread of excavating had been controlled effectively,the project quality had been ensured and the prospective enconomical and social effects had been obtained.
