| 摘 要： | 通过对海外EPC和BOT工程的运输风险介绍和分析,论述了海外水电项目运输中存在的风险及这些风险的特点,并对这些风险如何防控进行了分析。指出只有认真分析这些风险,并加以预防,才能为项目顺利投产打下基础。

| Abstract: | through introduction and analysis on transport risks in overseas EPC and BOT projects, risks and their features in transport of the overseas hydropower project are demonstrated. Furthermore, how to prevent and control these risks is analyzed. In this paper, it points out that a sound foundation for the project into smooth operation cannot be realized until these risks are analyzed seriously and prevented only. |
