乙烯利萃取溶剂筛选实验研究

摘    要:对比了DEC(碳酸二乙酯),DEK(二乙基甲酮),M IBK(甲基异丁基酮)3种萃取溶剂对酸解法生产乙烯利收率的影响,发现DEC萃取效果最佳。同时讨论了萃取工艺,乙烯利原药/水/DEC的配比,萃取次数对乙烯利收率的影响。结果证明,将原药先加入水,搅拌均匀后再用DEC萃取5次,用量比为原药∶水∶DEC为1∶2.5∶5时,乙烯利纯度、收率较高。该萃取剂无毒、环保,解决了酸解法乙烯利中由于杂质含量过高导致产品乙烯利容易结晶,有效含量较低,对农作物毒性大的问题,具有较高的推广使用价值。

Abstract:It has been proved that DEC has the most effect to extract raw Ethrel Phosphonic Acid among the three solvents of DEC, DEK, and MIBK. The impaction of the process of extraction, ration of raw material/water/DEC and extract times has also been discussed in this paper. It has been proved that the process of firstly adding water, then extracting five times, and with 1 : 2.5 : 5 ration of raw material/water/DEC is adapted to the extraction.
