单气室油气悬架系统的建模与仿真研究

摘    要:分析了单气室悬架油缸的结构和工作原理,并建立了单气室悬架油缸数学模型和二自由度悬架系统数学模型。然后运用AMESim建立了合理的油气悬架系统模型,分析了阻尼孔直径的大小对悬架系统振动特性的影响。为单气室油气悬架系统的深入研究建立了基础。

Abstract:Analysis structure and working principle of the single-chamber suspension cylinder, and establish mathematical models of the single-chamber suspension cylinder and two DOF suspension system. Then, set up the reasonable hydro-pneumatic suspension system model based on AMESim and analysis the diameters of the orifice on the influence of the vibration characteristics of suspension system This study establishes the foundation for further studies of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
