| 摘 要： | 从分析"双师型"教师的概念入手,通过对高职院校人才培养目标的分析,提出高职院校为了培养高素质、高技能人才,必须培养一批教学-技能"双师型"教师并建设一个教学-技能"双师型"教学团队。首次对教学-技能"双师型"教师的概念进行了定义,分析了目前高职院校教学-技能"双师型"教师队伍的现状与建设的紧迫性,提出了建设教学-技能"双师型"教师队伍的措施。
