| 摘 要： | 根据对提供的样本必须具有客观性、完整性、代表性和权威性的统计学要求，从原始监测数据中优选出11项因子，作为城市生态环境保护与建设现状的评估指标，确定了各项指标的统计权重，单项指标分值的统计方法和单个城市的生态环境保护与建设现状的评估模式，并对某省在“九五”期间各主要城市的生态环境保护与建设现状进行了模拟评估，其结果的客观性较好，可比性和直观性令人满意。 |

| Abstract: | According to the statistic demand that the supplied samples must be objective,intact,representative and authoritative,based on tre mendous amount of primary monitoring datas the author selected eleven factors,which are used as the assessment indicator for city ecotop preservation and construction in current situation,meanwhile ,the author determined the statistic weight of each indicator,the statistic method of single indicator datas and the assessment mode of ecotop preservation and consturction in the single city Further more,a simulation assessment on the ecotop preservation and construction of each main city in a certain province in the period of the ninth five year plan have been made The objectivity of the result is good,the comparibility and the direcd view of the result are quite satisfactory |
