稠油抽油泵的研制及现场试验

为抽汲高粘度原油研制了长冲程和短冲程稠油抽油泵。本文较详细地介绍了这两种泵的主要结构特点。在长冲程泵上,加大了柱塞与泵筒的配合间隙,增加了固定凡尔座、凡尔罩和游动凡尔罩的流道面积,并使固定凡尔罩的内流道呈流线型;把凡尔球升程限制在球半径的高度内。考虑到稠油井出砂较严重的情况,在柱塞上部加装了刮砂环。短冲程泵采用环形阀装置和YG15硬质合金凡尔球。这两种泵在现场试验中都见到了明显的效果。

Researches and Development Tests for Sucker Rod Pumps for Extracting Viscous Oil

Two sucker rod pumps with different stroke lengths have been developed for extracting viscous oil,Their main design features are described in this paper. In the long pump, the plunger-barrel clearance is increased, the flow paths in valve cages are enlarged and smoothed, the ball lift is properly restricted, and a sand scraper is installed on the top of the plunger. In the shorter one, ringtype valves and carbide balls are adopted. Both pumps have been proven to be operationally and economically successful.
