A3钢表面浸镀扩散渗铝复合渗硼研究初探

摘    要:对A3钢表面热浸镀扩散渗铝复合渗硼进行了初步的探讨。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜对渗层组织进行了观察。试验表明 :A3钢表面浸镀扩散渗铝复合渗硼工艺可行 ,渗层与基体形成了连续的扩散层 ,并且具有良好的硬度梯度。

Abstract:In this paper, the research on the Hot Dip Aluminum and complex Boronized surface of A3 steel was discussed. The specimens were examined both by optical microscopy (LOM) and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).Experiment results showed that the process of Hot Dip Aluminum and complex Boronisation on the A3 surface is feasible, it had a continuous layer between diffusion layer and matrix and a better hardness gradient.
