摘    要:对提高激光强化处理的质量和效率,通过新型结构的设计以及兔编程,屏幕界面操作以及对在Windows98平台上运行的软件控制实时数控系统的开发,成功地研制了新型内孔表面激光强化处理的样机,在扫描运动的结构上,为各种类型内孔表面激光强化处理提供了一种通用的型式,为类似的激光强化处理的双轴联动系统提供了一种可供重构的软件和控制系统。

Abstract:In order to enhance laser processing quality and efficiency,a new type of laser strengthening machine for bore surface processing has been developed succesfully,which is based on the design of a new construction and the development of the real time numerical control system that is programming free,operating with screen interface and software control operating on the platform of Windows 98.It is provided a general type of construction of scanning motion for any pattern of laser strengthening for bore surface and a reconfigurationable software and configuration of control system for the dual axes linkage system of similar laser processing equipment.
