摘    要:文中运用安全系统工程中的事故树理论,建立了金属矿爆破事故树与成功树,对金属矿山爆破的常见事故案例进行了逻辑分析,并对系统的各种危险性进行辨识,按照事故的发展顺序,分成阶段一步一步的进行分析,从中找出爆破事故的最小割集、最小径集,最后对其结构重要度进行排序,以便能更加深入的揭示事故的潜在原因,从而为今后的爆破设计、施工、爆破安全管理和预防、控制爆破事故提供科学合理的依据,同时提出了相应的防范措施,确保矿山的安全高效生产和以人为本的理念。

Abstract:According to the fault tree theory of the safety system engineering,the fault tree and success tree of the open-metal mine blasting accidents is set up in this paper.It makes logic analysis about the comment blasting accidents,and identifies all kind of risk about the system.For finding the minimum cut set and least path set,it makes an analysis which is made by the order of the accident development.In the end,it makes an order of the structure importance,so as to reveal the underlying causes of accidents and provide scientific and reasonable methods for the blasting design,the blasting safety management,prevention and control.It also puts forward the specific prevention measures to ensure the safe and efficient production and the idea of people-oriented.
