PID控制在稻壳悬浮燃烧炉中的应用

摘    要:悬浮燃烧炉最适合作为粮食干燥机的热源,其缺点是易结块、出现局部稻壳干馏现象。在不影响原有控制系统的基础上,采用一套独立的PID控制系统,以主风道内的温度为参考标准,调节稻壳进料量,效果较为理想。

Abstract:The rice husk combustion furnace mainly has four kinds: the aerosol combustion furnace suitablly takes the grain dryer the heat source, but is easy to agglomerate, appears the partial rice husk dry distillation phenomenon. At no-affecting the original control system in the foundation, uses a set of independent PID control system, take the host air flue in temperature as the reference standard, the adjustment rice husk feed-in weight, the effect is ideal.
