摘    要:在中型提升管催化裂化装置上,对兰州化工研究中心开发的多产丙烯重油裂化催化剂LIP-200B进行评价试验,并与LBO-12催化剂进行对比。试验结果表明,与LBO-12催化剂相比较,LIP-200B催化剂具有较高的丙烯选择性、重油转化能力和抗重金属污染能力,在重油收率略低的情况下,液化气收率提高3.29个百分点,丙烯收率提高1.43个百分点,这与工业试验结果规律一致。

Abstract:The catalytic performance of LIP-200B, a catalyst newly developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center, was evaluated on a riser pilot plant and using commercial LBO-12 catalyst as reference catalyst. The test results showed that as compared with LBO-12 catalyst, LIP-200B catalyst exhibited better propylene selectivity, heavy oil conversion and resistant to heavy metal contamination, such as with less slurry oil yield, the yields of LPG and propylene increased 3.29 and 1.43 percentage points, respectively. Furthermore, the pilot plant test results were in good agreement with the commercial trial data.
