PUI/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:考察了聚氨酯-异氰脲酸酯(PUI)的基础配方,采用原位聚合方法制备了PUI/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,并研究了纳米蒙脱土(Nano-MMT)用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:以n(NCO):n(OH)=10:1、DMP-30用量为2.5%的PUI配方为基础制备的PUI/MMT纳米复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性都得到显著提高,当Nano-MMT用量为3%时,复合材料的综合性能最优。

Abstract:The polyurethane-isocyurnate (PUI)/montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposite was prepared by situ polymerization, on the basis of studying PUI fundamental formula and the effects of the Nano-MMT content on the properties of PUI/MMT nanocomposite were also studied. The results showed that the mechanical and thermal properties of PUI/MMT nanocomposite prepared with the PUI fundamental formula in which n(NCO)/n(OH) ratio was 10:1, catalyst (DMP-30) was 2.5% and with Nano-MMT were greatly improved. And when Nano-MMT content was 3%, the general properties of composites were the best.
