南水北调中线四项补偿工程对汉江中下游干流供水区的影响

南水北调中线工程从汉江上游丹江口水库调水,使得水库下泄流量减少,泄流过程也会发生变化,汉江中下游干流供水能力也将随之减弱。分析了南水北调中线工程及四项补偿工程对汉江中下游干流供水的影响。结果表明, 作为南水北调水源区的配套工程之一,四项补偿工程的实施,能有效补充汉江中下游河道水量,抬高水位,改善沿岸取水条件和航运条件,保障汉江中下游地区的生态环境健康,对缓解该地区日益严峻的水资源供需矛盾,促进经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。

Influence by Four Compensatory Projects on Water Supply in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Hanjiang River

This paper has analyzed the influence by the middle route project of South-to-North water diversion and four compensatory projects on water supply in the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River. The result shows that four compensatory projects, as auxiliary projects for the waterhead region of South-to-North water diversion, can supply water and raise water level of the watercourse, improve obtaining water and navigation condition along the river, and ensure the renovation for the ecological environment of the Hanjiang River. Execution of four compensatory projects is important to greatly alleviate increasing conflict between water demand and supply, and also meaningful to improve sustainable development of economic society.
