电力行业高技能人才短缺解析及应对思考

我国高技能人才严重短缺已经不是一个新话题,其对经济发展的制约已在许多领域开始显现,电力行业也不例外,尽快改变这种状况已成当务之急。本文对电力行业高技能人才短缺的原因进行了客观的分析,并就强化和改革现有的技工教育培训机制,使其尽快转型,短期内从现有的工人队伍中培养出社会急需的高技能人才进行了阐述。

The analysis and consideration to the high-skilled personnel shortage in the power field

The serious shortage of the high-skilled personnel in our country is not a new topic.It has(begun) to show the restraint in many fields,which is not an exception in power industry.So it becomes a task of top priority to change this situation.In this article,the author gives an(objective) analysis to the reasons of the high-skilled personnel shortage and set forth the idea how to enhance and reform the existing skilled-worker educational and training organization,make it change the functions,and train workers from the existing labor force to be the(high-skilled) ones who are badly in need in the society within a short period of time.
