| Abstract: | This paper's exploration to a strategy to improve college students' comprehensive capabilities involves the teaching procedure dependence,on the one hand,objectively on modern computer-assisted instruction and web-based instruction,and on the other hand,subjectively on the humanist student-teacher cooperation and interaction which is different from the chronically disadvantaged traditional teaching procedure,with after-school recreational English activities to train students' leadership. |
