摘    要:针对二氯丙醇环化反应制取环氧氯丙烷过程中蒸汽消耗量大、废水中COD含量高的问题,将环化塔由正压操作改成负压操作,回收废水中的部分热量,提高了环化收率,减少了蒸汽消耗,降低了废水中的COD含量,达到了节能、环保的目的。

Abstract:The operation pressure of cyclization towers is changed from positive to negative and partial heat from waste water is recovered,because the amount of steam consumption in the cyclization process of epoxy chloropropane production by dichloropropanol is large and the content of COD from waste water is high.Therefore,the cyclization yield is increased,steam consumption is decreased,COD content from waste water is reduced and the aim of energy-saving and environmental protection is achieved.
