| 摘 要： | 工程建设项目监理制已在国内工程建设中实施。不同的行业、不同的工程规模、不同的监理单位其现场监理部人员及设施的配置情况大不相同。如何根据工程施工的具体情况或特点来科学、合理的组建工程项目监理机构,以保证工程建设监理质量,是建设单位与监理单位争论的焦点,也是监理单位急于解决的问题。本文将就项目监理机构中监理人员数量的配备、监理设施的配置及影响因素提出自己的考虑方法及观点。

The resource (personnel, equipment and facilities) configuring of consultant department at building site is varies for different project or consultant company. The resource arranging and configuring is the key that clients and consultants focus on. The article will give some new views for resource arranging and configuring of consultant department at building site. |
