| Abstract: | The situation of the graduate employment is serious.This essay analyses the problems in the employment of the graduate in the higher vocational college.In order to improve the employment rate of the higher vocational college,the college must adopt exact method in the training process,meet the requirement of the society,explore the professional education which has its own character,build up and improve the channel of the information. |
