PV-E型旋风分离器性能试验研究

摘    要:在PV型旋风分离器流场和浓度测定的基础上,分析了影响分离性能的主要因素。通过采用分流型排气管、预排尘结构以及优化高径比等措施,开发出了一种压降更低、效率更高的PV—E型旋风分离器。冷态试验结果表明,与PV型旋风分离器相比,PV—E型旋风分离器的出口浓度和压降分别降低约10%和20%。PV—E型旋风分离器的优良性能也得到了放大试验和实际应用的证实。

Abstract:The main factors affecting the performance of a cyclone separator were analyzed on the basis of the measured results of the flow pattem and dust concentration distribution in a model PV cyclone. The experiment results showed that reducing the gas exit tube will cause a remarkable rise of pressure drop, though the separation efficiency is also enhanced. A kind of split-flow gas exit tube with slots on its circumference,however, can help resolve such a difficulty.By employing this gas exit tube together with improving dust discharging exit and optimizing the separation height, a model PV-E cyclone separator with a higher efficiency and much lower pressure drop was developed. Cold test data demonstrated that compared with the model PV cyclone separator, the outlet dust concentration and pressure drop of the model PV-E were 10 and 20 per cent lower respectively. The excellent separation performance of the model PV-E was also confirmed by the scale-up test and its industrial application.
