| 摘 要： | 建立并模拟了以乙腈为溶剂的萃取精馏分离丁二烯的工艺流程。与生产实际的对比结果表明：模拟计算的结果是准确的。根据模拟计算的结果，分析了工艺参数对工艺过程的影响并提出了优化的工艺参数。

| Abstract: | In the paper,process of abstraction distilling to seperate butadiene in which acetonitrile is to be used solution has been established and simulated.the results comparasion with the actual process show that the simulation calculation results are accuracy.by the results of simulation calculation,analysed the influences of process parameters to the process and deduced the optimized process parameters. |
