摘    要:为了适应强化冶炼技术的需要,用热压成型法研制了2种类型的小炭砖,并进行了性能测试。结果表明,其理化指标可与美国 UCAR—NMA 及 NMD 型小炭砖相媲美,具有热稳定性好,低渗透性,高导热性及良好的抗碱蚀性能。

Abstract:To meet the need of strengthening smelting techniques,two types of small-scale carbon bricks were manufactured by hot compression molding method,and their properties were detemined.The resuhs show that the physico-chemical indexes approach to those of UCAR-NMA and UCAR-NMD.The small-scale carbon bricks exhibit better thermal stability,lower permeability,higher heat conductivity and better alkali corrosion re- sistance.
