摘    要:研究了煤焦油聚合制备中间相炭微球过程中,原料中PI的含量及聚合条件对中间相炭微球的球径及球径分布的影响。发现中间相炭微球的球径,随原料中PI的含量增加而减少,球径分布变窄,随聚合时间的延长,所产生的中间相炭微球球径增大,球径分布变宽。通过控制原料中一次PI的含量及聚合条件,获得较窄粒径分布的中间相沥青炭微球。

Abstract:Coal tars with different pyridine insoluble(PI)content were used as raw materials to prepare meso-carbon micro-beads(MCMBs) via a two-stage polymerization reaction. MCMBs were separated by heat-treating filtering method. The results show that the primary PI in raw coal tar played an important role in controlling the yield, the diameter and the size distribution of MCMBs together with the polymerization reaction conditions. With the primary PI content being decreased or heat-treatment time being prolonged, MCMBs grew bigger in size and their size distribution became wider. The MCMB product with a narrower size distribution could be obtained by controlling the primary PI content in coal tar and the polymerization conditions.
