| 摘 要： | 【摘要】本文主要对武烈河两岸堤防管护工作进行分析描述，通过确定堤防管护范围和权限，合理规划组织管理系统，明确各自分工用以指导工作人员的工作。在工作中不断建立健全各种制度，组织建立测控系统、数字化系统，使堤防管护工作更加规范、系统、科学。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly focuses on analyzing and describing dike management and prevention work on both banks of Wulie River. Dike management and protection scope as well as authority are determined. Organization and management system is rationally planned. Division of labor is made clear for guiding employees to work. Various systems are continuously established and improved. Monitoring system and digital system are organized and established, thereby making dike management and control work more standardized, systematic and scientific. |
