润滑油氧化衰变的二维相关介电谱分析初探

摘    要:将2个新润滑油样品在150℃、铜催化剂作用下模拟氧化衰变,生成2个氧化系列共28个油样。采用中红外光谱分析方法获取氧化系列油样的组成、结构变化特征,采用介电谱分析仪,以交流激励电压峰峰值为外扰源,分析了氧化系列油样二维相关介电谱同步谱的变化特征。结果表明,二维相关介电谱分析方法能够较好地表征润滑油的氧化衰变过程,其分析效果优于一维介电谱分析技术,为二维相关介电谱技术的深入研究和发展奠定了基础。

Abstract:A total of 28 lubricating oil samples belonging to two oxidation series, respectively, were prepared by stimulation oxidation under 150℃ and with the copper catalyst. Variations in the structural and compositional attributes of these lubricating oil samples were analyzed by mid-infrared spectroscopy (Mid-IR). Two-dimensional (2D) correlation dielectric spectroscopy method induced by alternating current stimulus voltage perturbation was preliminarily used to study the lubricating oil degradation. The results showed that more information could be obtained by the synchronous spectra of 2D correlation dielectric spectroscopy than by one-dimensional dielectric spectroscopy, which was consistent with Mid-IR for lubricating oil degradation.
